Alexander Technique Introduction

Alexander PostureThe Alexander Technique has broad applications. It is taught in performance schools of music, acting, circus, dance, and some Olympic level sports trainings. It’s used for regaining balance and ease of motion. Breathing will improve, often stuttering disappears and one recovers from voice loss. By applying the Alexander Technique we avoid the repetition of bad habitual behavior. Since Body and mind are a unity, the coordinated body movements have a positive influence on personnel confidence, depression, phobias, and anxieties.
