Alexander Technique Introduction

"Life is movement,
movement is life."
The Alexander Technique has broad applications. It is taught in performance schools of music, acting, circus, dance, and some Olympic level sports trainings. It's used for regaining balance and ease of motion. Breathing will improve, often stuttering disappears and one recovers from voice loss. By applying the Alexander Technique we avoid the repetition of bad habitual behavior. Since Body and mind are a unity, the coordinated body movements have a positive influence on personnel confidence, depression, phobias, and anxieties. Release of excessive pressure on the Spine, will decrease or dispose back problems. Students report freer movements, improved awareness and balance, better quality of life.
Alexander Lesson
- A Lesson will take about an hour.

- The first lesson serves as an introduction and provides you with comprehensive information.

- Alexander Technique is a learning process.

- It is taught one to one.

- The pupil remains fully clothed.

- In a brief talk the pupil expresses his objectives.
